The platform needed to become more than something people open only when they need information. It had to become part of everyday digital behaviour.

Proximus+ World was designed to create continuity through small, repeatable interactions that build familiarity, progression and engagement over time.

El reto

Proximus+ was mainly used for functional reasons. Users logged in with a specific task, completed it and left again. Outside of those moments, there was little reason to return.

The challenge was to design an experience that supports repeat use without becoming demanding or complex. Light enough for everyday interaction, yet meaningful enough to feel familiar over time. The experience needed to fit into daily routines, offer a sense of progression without pressure, connect services and rewards, and remain clear and accessible as it grows.

The concept: an interactive digital world

Proximus+ World was conceived as an always-on digital world that unfolds through use. Short, repeatable interactions gradually open up the environment. New areas become accessible, routes connect and the world gains detail over time.

Users move at their own pace, guided by Fiber, a familiar presence that provides structure and orientation. By creating a steady rhythm of small moments, returning to the platform feels natural rather than forced.

Building the interactive digital environment

The digital experience was developed as a responsive, web-based 3D environment. Interaction design, structure and visual language were developed together from the foundation, ensuring Proximus+ World functions as a coherent system rather than a collection of features.

The always-on setup allows the experience to evolve continuously with new challenges, routes and seasonal content, while maintaining clarity and consistency.

Proximus+ World gives Proximus+ a new role. More than a service platform, it is a digital environment people return to regularly. By combining interaction, progression and rewards, the experience creates daily touchpoints that strengthen familiarity and engagement over time.
