The career platform was designed as a shared digital home for all Efteling roles. It was built around people rather than just lists of vacancies. Stories from 'Eftelingers' give a real impression of life at the park, so candidates understand the atmosphere and values before they even apply.

Instead of keeping culture and vacancies separate, they are seamlessly integrated. Practical information, frequently asked questions, and the famous 'Pennenveer' section are all essential parts of the site. The result is an environment where inspiration and orientation go hand in hand.
